Established in 2005 Independent Paper Resource is a specialty paper company partnering with leading manufactures and businesses around the world. Our products are used in a variety of end-use applications such as Humidity Indicator Cards, Fragrance Strips, Filter Mask Material, and Blotter Papers for TAPPI test methods and Graphic Blotter Papers used for Coasters, Invitations, Business Cards, Tags, Inserts, and more.

Mark Dragoo, the founder of Independent Paper Resource, and his partner Kim Dragoo, both have extensive backgrounds in the paper industry. Working mainly within the paper manufacturing business, they have held many positions from Customer Service, Technical Sales, National Sales Manager, Product Manager and more.
